...to smooth out the particularities of certain arrival times and give a better feel for "show up and go" service. From me, from Slack:

We could rework the RRE time-picker slider to (optionally? by default?) select a one-hour range instead of a specific time, and provide an expected journey length over that time. That would potentially give people a better sense of how all-day service feels!
