How do you actually import this into Saleae Logic 2? The software requires a JSON file which I don't see in the repo. Thank you.

It's been a hot minute since I did any embedded work so I'm not up-to-date with Saleae. Possibly this is no longer compatible with their latest if they've changed the plugin API. This is built for Logic 1 (just known as "Saleae Logic" back then).

On linux I extracted the plugin to a folder, and added that path to Settings -> Custom Low Level Analyzers.
Seems to load on latest Saleae Logic version (2.4.14), but having some issues in parsing.

I ran into the same issue and decided to start for the hla-quickstart example from Saleae and got parsing to work well.

How should I contribute the code and instructions to this project?

If you want to make a PR, I'm happy to oblige. If somebody wants to takeover, and move the repo under their GitHub profile I am also happy to do that. I am no longer working this stuff for a few years now.
