vcd card Victor RG-VC2 is not recognized in games loaded by saroo, I tested it with Lunar silver star story MPEG Ban and it didn't work, after the sega logo it says the following message "This software requires the Video CD Card or a Hi-Saturn" and it doesn't work but it worked normally using a pseudo cartridge on a burned media.

Because when Saroo virtualizes as an optical drive to read images, it actively shuts down the original optical drive system (this VCD card is included in the original optical drive system), so it will never support VCD card, now and future
