Need help
sometimes there is a hissing noise coming from saroo board , specifically i believe is a ferrite core winding with number 100 on it, I disassembled the saturn and the saroo and the noise comes from there, if I connect for example pseudo kai there is no noise at all.
It came with i power the console, not in game, sometimes hissing goes off.
Sometimes i power on and no hissing.
The Chinese seller says it occurs because the Saturn's capacitors "are tired" and it is due to that.
Just in case i use SaturnPSU Rev2.1 12V power supply.

Main motherboard capacitors may be tired as well and saroo may use more processing power or something, may look into mainboard capacitor replacement
