Not able to view the data in the pdf

Hello,

I have tried this module as mentioned in the docs and saved the pdf with the option as 'save it as pdf', but I am not able to view the data i.e filled in the PDF.
Next, I have used the option to save it as imgpdf, then I am able to see the data i.e filled in the PDF.

So, for some reason, I don't want to convert it into imgpdf.
Can anyone suggest why I am not able to see the data in the PDF?
