mimesType不能正确按照更好的预期运行,不能识别css,js等 #26

js css 等文件输出全部都是：Content-Type:text/plain

然后标准的H5页面都不能正常显示

workerman对tp5.1的这个插件还是非常好用的，希望作者能够修复这个bug，后面大家就可以丢弃php-fpm了。

已经抛弃php-fpm了, nginx+think-worker
