Support OGG Opus or MPEG4 audio files #74

It would be nice, if Teddy would support one or both of the above audio codecs for input files.

My usecase is to download audio by demuxing video files with JDownloader. Those audio streams are mostly m4a or ogg but opus instead of vorbis.
