Summary

Add STONfi Swap V2 to tonutils (Python) for TON-to-Jetton, Jetton-to-TON, and Jetton-to-Jetton swaps.

Context

Recently, STONfi announced the release of a new version of their DEX (V2). It would be beneficial to integrate this new version into tonutils to provide seamless support for the latest features and enhance the functionality of the library for users interacting with the STONfi protocol.
