Summary

The functionality of the SBT minter bot developed in #214 needs to be extended to improve user-experience

Context

Add support for *.ton addresses
Add the ability to attach buttons to the SBT
Create templates for SBT minting
Add access rights for interaction with templates
Add support for video as SBT content
Add onboarding tutorials for new admins
Create custom flow for Bounty SBT minting
Add qr code to the payment process.
Add ability to mint SBT with custom metadata
Other fixes & support
