[18Ardennes] Autopass in auction round

We've just had a long auction round in which only 3 out of 4 players were bidding. It would be helpful if the fourth player could have autopassed for the duration of the auction round only, as this would have speeded up the game and also prevented that player from having to act when they had nothing to do.

There is only likely to be one auction round like this per game, if at all, so this a minor issue but it would be nice to have.

(I haven't asked the fourth player about this request; it just seems a good idea).
