HTTPS, and the more generic SVCB, have been specified in https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9460.html

There seem to be quite used now (https://netmeister.org/blog/https-rrs.html), even by non-Cloudflare people.

Is it possible to make it happen in validns?
