Spaces and related Siri shortcuts created on an iPhone do not work probably if you attempt to use the same Siri shortcut on an iPad. This is the case even if you create a similar space in Watt on an iPad.

This sums up my answer:
"I only have one iPhone with my account I was unaware that whoever has more than one Apple device the shortcuts were shared :-S
But that happens because the Watt is not sharing a database and every time you do space is created unique ID that just will work with that app."
So yes this is bug that I just can fix when I make the server-side to the app so you can share your Spaces between devices. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I suggest that for now you have two different names for the same space one that you make on iphone and other that you make one ipad.
