TTS not working with LineageOS on Raspi 400

First of all: thanks a lot for this awesome app, I love it.
I am using https://konstakang.com/devices/rpi4/LineageOS20/ and it's working fine except TTS. As Lineage comes without TTS, I tried eSpeak (from F-Droid) and also Google "Speech Recognition & Synthesis". It's working when I test in the Android settings menu, but OpenLAP does not recognize it, at least there is no speech output. In the log I see "Speech error: ERR_NOT_INITIALIZED".
Maybe somebody has a clue how to solve it or how to get more info what's going wrong.

@hbarthel sorry, not a platform supported by me, but I'll leave it open, of course, in case anybody has some input on this!
