Compatibility bug between telepathy and squilla

Messages don't seem arrive to Telepathy

Hey ! awesome app :)
I just found the issue between telepathy and Squilla: in server.py comparison fails when using telepathy. I just changed the test by:
if recvData == b'<stream:features/>':
Now working pretty well :)
I didn't make a pull request since I don't know if the change beaks compatibility with other IM libs.
Tested using salut with latest Plasma.
