when the user gets to the landing page he should be greeted by a hero section

Preconditions

none

Acceptance Criteria

A user can see the hero section while on the landing page

Definition of Done

Code is covered in unit tests
feature is covered with integration tests
code meets quality standards defined by the team
accessibility of any new interfaces is verified using pa11y or axe
app has an acceptable lighthouse score
code is reviewed; potential tech debt addressed
feature is deployed to test environment
