Run fails for ubuntu 18.04

Hi all,

I have installed a fresh bigbluebutton server v2.3 on ubuntu 18.04. I follow the installation of bbb-video-download. At first run even for help I have the following error:

Creating bbb-video-download_app_run ... done
Error response from daemon: error while creating mount source path '/var/bigbluebutton/published/presentation': mkdir /var/bigbluebutton: read-only file system
ERROR: 1

It seems that this error is related to permissions, not to this project specifically. I would check the permissions of of bbb.
