We have managed to reproduce this issue. It's not related to navigation, but the control_interface package. Likely cause is a drift in the home position of the PX4 between running the control_interface and calling takeoff. It should be fixed by tiiuae/control_interface@bebcdfa which will be available in the next PR for the control_interface.
