Update ZOS with the version saved on chain
Proposed flow
The dao can set the version for ZOS on chain and then the hub reads this version and makes it available for all ZOS nodes.
If the nodes would directly fetch the version from chain and the build is broken then we cannot roll back. This flow ensures that we can intervene if needed.
