allow for first user to pass

hello! not sure if this project is still being worked on but if i may can i suggest one feature? can we allow the first player (and all subsequent players) to pass? if all players pass then the deck is reshuffled and redistributed.

this was a feature from viwawa in the past and allowed us to play with "minimum bids". totally understand if this project is done and you no longer wish to work on it though :)
