Current the code throws an exception for anything other than a 200 response. A 204 (No Content) should be accepted too.

It functionally works just fine but it pollutes the logs with the generated exception, which has a long (146 line) stacktrace.

WebEx chat/teams returns a 204 from their Incoming Webhook app which is where I'm seeing this.

Guessing this project is probably dead but thought I'd post this anyway.
