Separation of different Chilled Beam types - Active Chilled Beam, Passive Chilled Beam, Chilled Ceiling, Chilled Slab

This would also match how the heat emitters are covered.

Also suggest "radiant surface - chilled beam" be changed to just "chilled beam" as should sit within list beside "active chilled beam" which is not a radiant surface solution.

Also suggest "radiant surface - hot water beam" should be removed as this is the same as a "heat emitter - radiant panel" which is a better description anyway.
