While demonstrating TheiaProk for the AZ PHL we started discussing particular veins of research that are of interest to our collaborators. We began demonstrating the advanced search functionality in Terra, and how it could be used to select just the samples including a particular AMR gene or combination thereof. Our collaborators then suggested/requested that we make it possible to allow datatable creation and sample parsing based on the detection of AMR genes from AMRFinderPlus, rather than the predicted taxon from gambit.
