Author of review and all contributors to its thread receive emails when Admin responds on behalf of an entity.

Authors

When Admin responds to a review on behalf of an entity, the author of the review receives the following email.

Email subject: An organisation just responded to you on earwig
Email body:

Hi there,

Someone from an organisation (ie agency, payroll or construction company) just responded to your review. See what they said!

Contributors

All contributors who have replied to the original review receive the following email.

Email subject: An organisation just responded to a thread you’re in on earwig
Email body:

Hi there,
