Highlighting points when given

We need to make it more apparent when a user gives someone a point. We should highlight the points register once a point has been given.

The points register should stay highlighted for 24 hours.

Note: could we maybe look at a way to animate the points register? Twitter is a good example (see here: https://www.loom.com/share/8c8362a0cbc948d4b163329d7c3b9b4e)

Users cannot unlike or 'take away' points after 24 hours.

We need to make it impossible for points to be revoked after a period of 24 hours. This will prevent people having their points reduced unfairly.
