Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

You can't easily see how the carbon intensity of the internet changes with location. As a result, it's difficult to achieve carbon reductions via thoughtful choice of location when deploying software.

Describe the solution you'd like

For every IP address that we can geolocate, we should annotate with the highest resolution carbon intensity data we can find and use whilst still honoring the terms of the license it was published by,

Describe alternatives you've considered

We have this in the form of our IP to carbon intensity API, like this example:

https://api.thegreenwebfoundation.org/api/v3/ip-to-co2intensity/85.17.184.227

Ideally we'd document this in a blog post and on our developers site.

I'll make a note to discuss this with @fershad.
