We had a blip with the MariaDB server last night, and while it the API seems to have been working ok, it has racked up thousands of errors in Sentry.

Dramatiq, our queue worker solution should be doing some exponential back of here if the database is unavailable, but the stack traces make me think this is not happening, and as a result burning through our error budget.
