It would be nice to generate a custom log when installing for reference later. It may make sense to define a threshold for GPM logging so we can debug the installer vs the whole MODX.

Pull request #147 solves the logging part. In writing it, I realized there already is a debugging setting for GPM to better monitor the install flow.
