Telling cola about groups seperatly from nodes and links removes the first leave of the first group #325

When doing something like this:

d3cola.groups(graph.groups);
  d3cola
    .nodes(graph.nodes)
    .links(graph.links)
    .start();

Cola seems to set the first leave of the first group to undefined.
