Load River Input Data initialization

Immediately after clicking "Load River Input Data file", I get the error message in Matlab:

Struct contents reference from a non-struct array object.

The Error Message stop showing up

However, after click in Load River Input File, the main window automatically shows new panels zoomed in in this figure before data is loaded

I think this shouldn't show up until data is loaded and the River Input File window is closed.
Also notice an strange item under block 4. Simulation Setup > Starting and >Ending
