「することができる」は有害と考えられる - Qiita

が参考リンクとしてあるけど、このdict1,dict2のエラーを見た時にどう直せばいいのかがわかりにくい、自信をもって直すのが難しい感じがする。
なので、何か具体的な方針や意図をdescriptionとして補足したい。
