Hi

I am following the exact steps provided at this link. I have started training (Step#3) and it is taking too much time. I have 2 fasta files with me and the stats are given below:

file name num_seqs sum_len min_len avg_len max_len
file1.fa 1 4641652 4641652 4641652 4641652
file2.fa 129350 221598580 400 1713.2 1056282

I am also having a similar problem, but with a bigger sized dataset. Currently with 700x700 (rows x columns). How long did this end up taking for you?
