Codesandbox template no longer runs tests

In the bug report template it is recommended to provide a Codesandbox to demonstrate the issue.

However, the feature to run "tests" is now a legacy feature and doesn't work in the linked template.

Codesandbox wants you to convert the sandbox to a devbox, but then it also completely changes the template (including removing the test script from package.json 😔 )

This makes it hard to create a repro example and share it with the maintainers here.
