Option to zoom to coordinates in Explorer module

User stories

As a Registry Maintainer, I'd like to be able to zoom to specific coordinates in the Explorer module by entering them either in the search bar or another input box. In some cases, Geo-Object coordinates are collected and shared without a name or with the incorrect name, so it is difficult to identify which Geo-Object it actually is.

1. Allow search bar to zoom to entered coordinates
2. Create a search box to enter latitude/longitude and zoom to location

Manual searching on basemap based on Geo-Objects located in proximity
