Audit trail of edits made to Geo-Objects

User stories

As a Registry Maintainer or Administrator, I would like to be able to see who made which changes to which Geo-Objects and when, for better visibility over what changes are being made.

Proposed solution

Develop an 'audit trail' of changes made to Geo-Objects. This could be in the form of one page listing in a table: timestamp for the change, username of the person who made the change, the Geo-Object ID, details of the change.
