We still have four notebooks to go in whitepaper dir, and we also need to refresh these .po files to add Chinese translations for new parts.

Should I refresh and generate those .po files? Just wondering whether that could cause compatibility issues. If so, could you do it for me and push them to the current repo. 👍🏼
