Problem Statement

  • As a customer , when browsing telus.com on a mobile phone I would like to see all of the page section options available to me at all times , so that I can quickly navigate to the section most appropriate to me rather than scrolling.

Recommendation

  • Based on todays mobile sub nav component there are 2 functional feature updates being proposed.
    • When scrolled out of the viewport, the sub nav sticks to the top of the viewport
    • Allow the customer 2 modes of navigating the anchor link options. Side scroll - 1 click, open menu ordered list

Design intent

Providing a better mobile experience for customers navigating category pages.
