        <p> This year Code for All will host its first public Summit to bring together the international community of civic hackers who believe government and civil society can work for the people, by the people in the 21st century. We welcome everyone with an interest in how civic hacking communities grow, the kinds of influence we are having around the globe, and what needs to be done to accelerate our work.

      <p> The first day of the Summit will consist of plenary discussions covering topics such as:<br>
        <ul>
            <li>Defining and measuring impact</li>
            <li>Building trust with government partners</li>
            <li>Best practices for using technology to make structural change within government</li>
            <li>Developing community and building a movement</li>
            <li>Beyond the apps: the future of the civic hacking movement</li>
            <li>Comparisons of program implementation across borders</li>
        </ul>
      </p>
      <p>Day one will also include spotlights on the work Code for All partners are doing around the world.</p>
      <p>Day two will be a day to work on stuff together. Code for All partners will roll up their sleeves to hack on code, demo their work, develop strategies for shared projects, and share knowledge and best practices.</p>
