Current behavior

There is no opening animation when adaptive is enabled and the popup comes up from the bottom.

Expected behavior

There should be an opening animation in adaptive mode like in Angular: https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-l338mm?file=src%2Fapp%2Fapp.component.ts

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

1. Open the following StackBlitz example: https://stackblitz.com/edit/react-9zkb2c-2lr2n1?file=app%2Fapp.jsx
2. Open the dropdown on a narrow screen and notice there is no opening animation.
