Alt+tab out of the program (this is important, clicking out does not trigger this); I am not sure what to alt+tab into, or how to make it more consistent (it's really inconsistent), but it seems to only happen when I alt+tab from TG to a fullscreen app (game); potentially it only happens when you alt+tab quick enough for the popup of windows to not take your focus away? Or if you alt+tab without that popup somehow? Not sure
See if your text cursor is still blinking when out of focus: if it is, the glitch is active
P.S. For reference, I am running a triple-monitor setup with my TG client being on the 3rd (right) monitor, while everything else that I alt+tab into is on either the 1st (middle) or 2nd (left) monitor
Expected behaviour
For Telegram to not mark any new messages in the conversation as read instantly if out of focus
Actual behaviour
Whenever people send you messages in your opened conversation, they automatically get marked as read with no sound or notification. Even the AFK timer (that automatically stops messages from being auto-read if you are in focus and AFK for some time) doesn't work, and your only option of learning that you were messaged is to manually look it up if it was too silent for too long!
