"Clear history" in channel not possible anymore

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a channel
2. Add a message
3. Try to delete all messages for everyone by click the following button

Expected behaviour

Getting the possibility to purge the channel for everyone.

The following screenshot shows that desired possibility on iOS.

Actual behaviour

Getting the following dialog, without any possibility to purge the channel.
