Steps to reproduce

Send sendMessage request with ReplyKeyboardMarkup into forum chat
See no keyboard

Expected behaviour

Working keyboard markup in forum chat

Actual behaviour

No keyboard, only [/] icon with empty '/' command.

But if "Topics" then disabled, correct button appears and disappears after enabling it back.

Operating system

Windows 11, 24H2

Version of Telegram Desktop

5.9 x64
