Steps to reproduce

Description:

• Role Test: Admin, user, owner.
• Cant not add any bot to private group (topic). Before, I could still add bots, but now I can't

This means that no more bots can be added to this group.
The error box could be a bit more detailed, but it's still a server-side restriction.
