report activity request by User, Header... #541

The capability to log activity related with request by:

User (or list of users) (reporting user id and name)
Some header (i.e. service, servicepath, origin, x-forward...)
Some URL subpath (i.e. '/v1'
Some string in body

Report in log (may in access log or in another new one)

Configuration in file (and maybe later in API and then plugabie without restarts)
