Raised during Sevilla March 2012 workshop:

It would be desirable to have a section in the LiveDemo documentation (README.md file) describing how to deploy the AP from scratch, starting with deploying the VMs in the cloud, then explaining how to interconnect the different GEis and finally explaining how to deploy the value added by the application.
