The Banana Bread recipe has bake_time: 50 - 60 minutes however the format reference lists oven_time and not bake_time.

I think I would prefer to use oven_time and eliminate bake_time. This is because bakery items are "baked" whereas non-bakery items are "roasted". oven_time covers both.
