Change the label "Term version URI" to "Term version IRI"

In a review by the TAG of consistency in labeling of term metadata across vocabularies, it was discovered that the AC list of terms uses "Term version URI" while the SDS and other vocabularies use "Term version IRI". We need to change this for consistency.
