[v1] Add fee/market fragmenter deposit flow

None of the fee and market deposit flows allow using the relative fragmenter account to deposit an amount split in multiple utxos, empowering the underlying daemon to serve multiple trade requests simultaneously.

Also, I found the confirm deposit button weird, in the sense that it is pretty useless since there's nothing to confirm when making a deposit. The funds are detected automatically by the daemon in the new version. I think this comes from the old version where the operator had to claim the funds. We might want to change UI/UX for this specific flow. We'd better start a proper conversation on another issue.
