Blue-Green Deployment strategy with docker compose and load balancer webserver

Since utxo set is kept in memory and takes time 20+ minutes to load, deploying an update it/s quite cumbersome and huge downtime for professional operations.

An idea could be to use docker swarm or simply docker-compose --project-name but we need to introduce a web server so we do not publish port on the tdexd container
