With this release, we move into public beta testing phase for TCET Linux.
The following fixes are applicable following the previous alpha release.

- z shell with powerlevel10K
- Welcome app
- BORE scheduler for linux kernel

Open Alpha Build 9
This release contains:
- Stock XFCE
- Linux Zen Kernel
- TL Installer + dependencies
- Installer Config
- Firefox
Changes:
- GRUB recognizes and print TCET Linux on the boot screen
- NEOFETCH correctly display user information
- INSTALLER correctly launches from menu
Issues:
- Post-installtion, systemd doesn't automatically initialize and populate keys. This causes the user to manually initialize and populate the keys. This behaviour is not found in the Live ISO.
