delivery app help or built

i have adobe xd but you can't publish through adobe xd to my knowledge you can only build prototype apps, I have appy pie but it sucks for me I'm trying to figure what software to use or who to go through to help me build a delivery app with a set list of items cigarettes for ex that user sees selects their item from my list not another stores then the closest delivery person sees the order and the closest store fills the order.
